LocoTech LLC manages the assets that provide maintenance service, repair, modernization and leasing of locomotives, production of parts and components for the railway industry.

The group operates 10 locomotive repair plants and 92 service depots across Russia. Consolidated revenues of managed assets for 2015 under Russian accounting standards are estimated to 86 billion rubles.
